Aabar Properties LLC was established in 2010 and is under the umbrella of Aabar Investments PJS, previously owned by the International Petroleum Company that was established by the government of Abu Dhabi. The primary company specializes in construction as well as investment management within the real estate sector and prides itself on its quality, which can be seen in its developments. Later in 2016, it was acquired by Mubadala Investment due to restructuring.
Even though the company is expanding into Dubai and other parts of the world such as Morocco and Jordan, the current focus is still on Abu Dhabi. Aabar Properties is developing a number of projects to support "Abu Dhabi's Vision 2030". The headquarters of Aabar Properties is located in Abu Dhabi and the company has 30 employees, with all of them working in different areas of the property sector beforehand.
